Description of the place
The origin of Mutaco Gastello Castle dates back to the sixteenth century, when Sancho III the Great of Navarre ordered the construction of a defensive tower on Mount Urgol, and this castle became an important landmark in this mountain that turned into a park in 1921 when it was bought by the San City Council Sebastian from the Spanish army, so people from all regions came to it to enjoy nature and reach the view at the top, where the castle is located.
