Murat Hudavendigar Mosque
The building of the Murad I Mosque was built during the reign of Murad I, to whom the Ottoman dynasty owes its expansion in Europe, and today it constitutes one of the most important elements of the complex, which also includes public toilets, a fountain for ablution, and the Sultan’s tomb. The building serves several functions gathered in one location, which is exceptional in Ottoman architecture.
