Museum of Music History

All the exhibitions of the Museum of Music History feature a multimedia atmosphere where visitors can listen to recordings of exposed instruments and many unique audio documents; A large part of the prints, letters, notes, photographs and other exposed materials are the property of the Institute. Concerts are also organized for groups with advance reservations and all visitors are welcome to join. These concerts are held in the exceptional Bella Bartok Concert Hall which offers a stunning panoramic view of the Pest and Parliament side ; It is worth noting that the exhibitions are open for exploration individually or with guides (in Hungarian, English, German, Italian or Polish), and the guided tour takes about 30 minutes or more, depending on the group.
