Natural park of Ebro Delta

One of the most important wetlands in Catalonia, the Ebro Delta is formed in the form of a huge triangle surrounded by water, almost like an island, and joined to the mainland by what used to be the coast of Tarragona. Now, the Ebro Delta is a wetland reserve known for its birdlife, featuring rivers, sand dunes, and beaches, as well as trails. This area represents a space where the barriers between heaven and earth, fresh and salt water, cultivation fields and indigenous plants are mixed.
