Penataran Sasih Temple

The Bintaran Sasi Hindu temple was previously the state temple of the Kingdom of Beijing, and since its inception in 1266 AD has been attracting a large group of worshipers and tourists who want to learn about its rich history and see its magnificent collection. It is located about four kilometers to the east of the heart of Ubud, and it is also known as the Temple of the Moon. Because of the huge bronze drum that adorns the inner courtyard of the temple, which is believed to date back to prehistoric times.
