Description of the place
Poh San Ting Temple is an ancient Chinese temple built in 1795 AD by order of Captain Tsai Shih Chang and dedicated to the Goddess of Prosperity Tua Pek Kong. It is located at the foot of Bukit Sina Hill in Malacca City next to the Malacca Warrior Monument. The memorial and the king's well, which was the main source of fresh water for the city in the fifteenth century.
