Portalet Tower

Saint-Tropez became well fortified as a result of being a port city that needed to protect itself from attack, and therefore many towers were built, including the Portalet Tower, which overlooks directly the sea and is located on both sides of a small bay called La Galle. This tower watches the entrance to the town from the Mediterranean Sea; It is worth noting that it dates back to the fifteenth century and is located in the historic fishermen's quarter of La Ponche.
