Description of the place
This is probably the most visited bridge in Durham thanks to the views it provides of the cathedral, Durham Castle and wooded riverbanks. It is one of the three arch bridges in the city center and was built in the Middle Ages. And you can spend a few minutes of your day walking along the river below the castle walls, it is a wonderful and ideal place for lovers of calm and relaxation and for lovers of nature and ancient history.Don't miss it!
