Pura Gaduh

Located 200 meters east of Blahpatuh Market in Bali, the historic Jaduh Temple, built in the 7th century, is known as the Kebu Ewa Temple. One of its distinguishing features is the huge stone head of Kebo Iwa, a giant aide to King Bidulu who protected the kingdom from foreign invasions. It was once the residence of the ruling king but was converted into a temple at the insistence of the villagers.
