Pyramid of Senusret II

The Pyramid of Lahun, or by another name, the Pyramid of Senusret II, was built in Lahun on a hill 13 meters high of mud brick, with a height of 48 meters and a base length of 106 meters. Like many pyramids in the region, the pyramid was covered with limestone, and the entrance to the pyramid was Lahun on the south side, like the pyramid of Hawara. Unlike all the other pyramids of Egypt, the entrance leads to a number of intricate passages that surround the burial chamber with a unique design to deceive thieves.
