The multilingual chef, Sofiane, worked in Italy for ten years before returning to Tunisia to open Meriem, a wonderful pizzeria located on the Corniche in Mahdia, serving many types of Italian-style pizza and pasta, as well as Tunisian-style fish dishes. The restaurant is supplied daily with fresh seafood, such as bream, salmon, lobster, crab, prawns, mussels, octopus and more.
