Kwai Yai River, also known as Si Swat, is a river in western Thailand. It has its source in the Tenasserim Hills and flows for 380 km through Sangkla Buri, Sai Swat and Mueang District in Kanchanaburi Province, where it merges with Khwai Noi to form the Mae Klong River at Pak Phryk. It is characterized by the beauty of nature on its banks, and the spread of restaurants as well, in addition to the presence of free elephants, which give charm and a distinctive character to the place.
