Sai Yok National Park, part of the Western Forks complex that covers an area of 18,730 square kilometers and includes 19 protected sites between Myanmar and Thailand. The park is a popular destination for local and foreign tourists, known for its waterfalls, caves, historical sites, and raft houses along the River Kwai. The mountainous areas of the park are covered with dry and evergreen forest, filled mainly with bamboo. The lower areas along the River Kwai are teak forests that were cleared during the Japanese occupation of Thailand but replanted later in 1954. The highest elevation in the park is 1,328 meters at the border with Myanmar. It is a very beautiful garden, we recommend you to visit it.
