Description of the place
The Salto do Prigo Trail is located near Faial da Tira on the southeastern edge of São Miguel Island. It is a wonderful and easy nature trail that passes through lush forests to the picturesque Salto do Prigo Waterfall. The stunning landscape is made up mostly of lush vegetation, fresh waterfalls, canals, and more.
