Sigiriya Archaeological Museum

The Sigiriya Archaeological Museum was established in 2009 with funding from the Japan International Cooperation Agency. It includes an impressive collection of exhibits belonging to different periods of history, from prehistoric times to the reign of King Kashyapa. The museum exhibits are not limited to artifacts only, It also includes a collection of photographs depicting the history of the site, as well as many informative videos and castle models.
