Description of the place
Shirvani Mosque is one of the most important religious archaeological sites in the city of Gaziantep, and it is one of the oldest mosques in the city, as it is believed to have been built by Mehmet Effendi. It is a mosque with a double balcony, with a minaret with two balconies, unlike traditional mosques that have only one, and the minbar is distinguished by its antique Islamic decorations and inscriptions.
