Description of the place
The Surhazdombe Observation Tower located in the Sopron Mountains can be reached by car or on foot, and many tourists prefer to choose the longer way, which is walking, in order to enjoy the peace and quiet, the chirping of birds and the fresh air along the way. The height of this tower is 16 and a half meters, and it consists of 8 wooden layers. It also provides a stunning panoramic view of the entire city, especially its southern part.
