Description of the place
SS Jeremiah O'Brien is a historic ship from World War II that docked at Pier 45, and it still sits there to this day, and it is one of the most amazing naval warships, where you can take a tour through history, while wandering inside it and listening to the stories that happened on board, of war crew supplies and troop loading. This is a very interesting piece of history and well worth a visit. The volunteer workers on board are also happy to explain all about the ship, engine room, etc.
