St Catherine's Hill is a 58-hectare nature reserve rich in flowers and chalky pastures, home to some stunning wildflowers and over twenty-five different species of butterflies, a high-walled Iron Age fort, and the burial ruins of the Norman church that graced the site. Its name, along with its many burial mounds and mass graves, also offers stunning views of Winchester, the Itchyn Valley and the surrounding countryside.
