Description of the place
This church is an ancient Syrian Orthodox church located in the beautiful town of Kottayam in Kerala, and is headed by saints from the Catholics of the East. The church is considered one of the oldest churches in the state, as it was established in the year 1579 in the European architectural style. There is a huge garden around the church where visitors can relax and practice yoga and various sports.
