Lord Brougham is a monument built in memory of Lord Brougham, an eminent British politician, orator and writer, who died in Cannes in 1868. This impressive monument is located in front of a group of old Cannes houses and surrounded by beautiful palm trees. One of the city's distinctive landmarks.
