The statue of Winston Churchill is one of the monuments in London, where tourists go and take pictures next to the statue. Churchill was Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1940 until World War II in 1945, and is considered the most prominent political leader during the wars of the twentieth century. Churchill was an officer in the British army, writer and artist at the same time and won the Nobel Prize in Literature, and this statue was designed in his honor.
