The Sternbrucke Bridge is the most important and oldest historical bridge in Weimar, and it is also considered one of the most important bridges from an architectural point of view. The bridge still retains its historical shape until today. The bridge passes over the Elm River and is about 62 meters long and 7 meters wide. It was built between 1651-1654 AD, and tourists come here to picnic, watch the architectural construction of the bridge, and enjoy the wonderful view of the Elm River.
