Sultan Murat Plateau

Sultan Murad Plateau is considered one of the most famous natural and tourist areas in the city of Trabzon due to its vast green areas extending on the mountain and its view of the Black Sea. The name is due to the presence of the tomb of Sultan Murad on its top. The plateau is distinguished by its dazzling green color in the spring and summer, which is surrounded by clouds due to its high altitude, as if it were above the clouds. In winter, it is covered with heavy snow. It is a favorite area for lovers of camping and sports activities, and it is also a favorite place for many on holidays and events because of the celebrations that the residents hold on the plateau.
