Description of the place
The 5.4 km long Suramadu Bridge, which is considered the longest bridge in Indonesia, connects the islands of Java and Madura. It is also known as the Surabaya-Madura Bridge. It was opened in June 2009 and is one of the most famous landmarks in the city. It is visited by a large number of tourists to take the most beautiful memorial photos, and to enjoy the view of the ships and the majestic water below.
