Description of the place
Taksim Mosque is located in Taksim Square in Istanbul. Designed by two Turkish architects in the Art Deco style, the three-storey mosque can accommodate up to 3,000 worshipers at the same time. Construction began on February 17, 2017 and lasted for four years, and it opened at the end of May 2021. When you are in Istanbul, do not miss visiting this beautiful mosque with its distinctive designs.
