Description of the place
The Opium Hall of the Golden Triangle Park is an invitation to the mysterious world of opium. Its exhibits will tell the history of the opium trade 5,000 years ago, its natural characteristics and uses, and will trace the global opium journey through trade routes in the age of imperialism and explain how it culminated in the Opium Wars and the event that brought dishonor to all Winners and losers that led to the downfall of the Manchu Dynasty.
