Description of the place
Tughra Restaurant is located on the first floor of the historic Ciragan Palace with a stunning view of the Bosphorus Strait. The word "tughra" describes the signature of the Ottoman sultans used as an imperial seal. The restaurant designed special plates that include this elegant shape. Chief Chef Sezai Erdogan offers a set of Ottoman and Turkish dishes inspired by recipes recorded in the archives of historical sites such as Topkapi Palace.
