The Italian-made Turnstone Oven consists of 6-inch thick refractory stones that bake the pizza in a very specific time, while the carefully selected flame at the top of the oven and the bottom of the baking stone bakes the entire Artisan pizza in just two minutes. It is the creativity of the Italians in baking pizza. Turnstone flour is simply European wheat ground and packed without any additives in one of the best Italian mills, pizza sauce made from San Marzano tomatoes grown only in the fertile volcanic soil under Mount Vesuvius in Italy, and extra virgin olive oil pressed from the finest olives in Liguria. Italian, special cheese blend smoked to create Turn Stone Pizza with a rich flavor you won't find anywhere else. The menu is very large, including margherita pizza, turn stone, meat and shrimp, chicken biancas, polo picante, pepperoni and many more. The service is very good and the prices are reasonable.
