Urai Thong Cave

Urai Tong Cave is a limestone cave in a sloping mountain that extends from north to south of Satun and is about 40 meters long and 25 meters wide. It is the largest cave in the mountain with an entrance and exit of a watercourse on the east and west sides respectively. The southern wall of the cave reveals Three sea cracks indicate that the cave was affected by sea raids, in addition to the presence of some marine mollusk shells on the floor of the cave. Some ancient human and animal bones were found in the cave, including rhinos, zebras, cows and pigs.
