The structure is 5.4 meters high and 6.4 meters wide, and it will consist of a central and semi-oval structure and two niches placed On both sides of it, and in the central alcove once stood a statue of Emperor Vespasian, and the left and right icons are decorated with statues of female figures, and the icons contain two columns in front and two half-columns in the back, and this monument not only played an engineering and religious role, but also served as a fountain, drawing water from the main canal of the city.
