Wales National War Memorial
The Welsh National War Memorial is located in Alexandra Gardens in Cardiff. Designed by Ninian Comber and unveiled on 12 June 1928 by the Prince of Wales, the memorial commemorates the soldiers who died during the First World War and features a plaque for those who died during the Second World War added in 1949. The memorial is beautifully situated. Amidst a number of different plants and roses.
