Wat Chulamani was built in the Ayutthaya period in the late reign of King Prasat Thong. It is an ancient Buddhist temple located on the bank of a water canal that reaches the Amphawa floating market. It is one of the shrines famous for its golden Buddha statues, intricate interiors, exquisite marble chapel and wall paintings. Which tells a lot about Buddhist history.
