No trip to Amsterdam is complete without fries, and this signature restaurant has been one of the city's finest and oldest serving fries since 1956. Monday through Saturday, they grind fresh fries and cook them to order. Enjoy it simply with mayonnaise or ketchup, and go early because they usually sell out in the afternoon. The place is a delicious potato stall located in the center of Amsterdam where you can take potatoes and eat them wherever you want.
