Winchester City Museum

The Winchester City Museum is located in the heart of the historic city of Winchester, and tells the stories of the ancient capital of England, the seat of Alfred the Great, from its inception as a trading center for the Iron Age to its glory in the Anglo-Saxon era. The museum includes three galleries with a large collection of artifacts, and provides Lots of hands-on activities and events that the whole family can enjoy.
