King Faisal bin Abdulaziz admired the palace immediately upon seeing it; So the sons of Muhammad Ali Abdul Wahid ordered the construction of his third floor, and King Faisal agreed with the sons of Muhammad Ali Abdul Wahid to rent the palace until he came to him in the summer, and he lived in it, then his sons succeeded him after him Abdullah, Muhammad, Saad, Saud, Khalid, Turki, then his daughter Sarah, and the situation continued for a while She was over twenty years old, then King Faisal moved to another neighborhood. After him, Prince Bandar bin Muhammad bin Abdulaziz lived in it for 3 years in the summer period, Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal lived in it for 5 years, and Princess Sheikha bint Abdulaziz lived in it for 3 years in the summer period, then it was abandoned in 1388 AH. It consists of three floors inside, built in the ancient Roman architectural style, decorated with stone columns and semi-helical decorations that extend to the roofs. From the outside, there is a hall in the form of a diwan facing the inside. There are also stairs that reach the upper floors, and it consists of a balustrade that was along the stairs to its end. It is made of stone and marble, and there is another court that extends from the courtyard of the northern side of the palace, and there is also a wide courtyard that includes an orchard in which fruits and vegetables are grown.
