After him, Prince Bandar bin Muhammad bin Abdulaziz lived in it for 3 years in the summer period, Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal lived in it for 5 years, and Princess Sheikha bint Abdulaziz lived in it for 3 years in the summer period, then it was abandoned in 1388 AH. It consists of three floors inside, built in the ancient Roman architectural style, decorated with stone columns and semi-helical decorations that extend to the roofs.
