1- Castello Normanno-Svevo
Castello Normanno-Svevo – The Norman Swabian Castle is an ancient castle located in Bari, Italy. It was built around 1132 by the Norman king Roger II. The castle was destroyed in 1156 by King William of Sicily, and rebuilt and fortified in 1233 by Roman Emperor Frederick II. The castle is surrounded by a moat on all sides, on the border with the sea and accessible from a bridge. It is currently used for exhibitions.

2- San Sabino – Bari
San Sabino – Bari – The cathedral church of San Sabino is located in Bray, Italy and has important remains of Norman decoration. The construction of this church began after the Byzantine cathedral was destroyed in the eleventh century and was built on the same site by William I of Sicily in 1156. It was completed at the end of the twelfth century. Much of the interior space has been restored to its Apulian Roman appearance, removing the Baroque “modernizations” and rebuilding the beautiful pulpit. Inside the church are the relics of Saint Columba and the relics of other saints. English signs at the site explain the finds, which include an early Christian mosaic floor, a chapel, and an altar. A small section of the original Roman road has also been discovered.

4- Teatro Petruzzelli
Teatro Petruzzelli – This magnificent theatre, the fourth largest in Italy, was completed in 1903 as an opera house and concert hall and has hosted some great Italian and international artists, including Luciano Pavarotti, Rudolph Nureyev, Ray Charles, Lisa Minnelli and Frank Sinatra. In October of 1991, the building was completely destroyed by fire. It has been completely rebuilt as it was originally, complete with its five tiers and dazzling decorations.
