Path of Remembrance and Comradeship – It is a 35-kilometre recreational trail that winds along the barbed wire fence that surrounded Ljubljana during World War II. This path is mainly for pedestrians, but cyclists using bicycles are also allowed provided that pedestrians are not in danger. However, riding chariots and horses is prohibited. The path is mostly gravel, however the parts leading to the residential areas of town are paved with asphalt. Many sections of the trail are lined with trees. The road is marked with information panels showing its route and a round metal sign embedded in the paving. The sites of World War II bunkers along the way are marked with memorial columns.

City Park Tivoli – Tivoli Park is the largest and most beautiful park in Ljubljana, stretching right into the city center. It was designed in 1813 and created by bringing together a number of parks that were adjacent to each other.
