'Albert Cuyp' Parking Garage

To improve the standard of life in the city of Amsterdam and to increase the capacity to accommodate the huge number of residents and tourists, the Albert Cuyp underwater market car park was built, the first of its kind under the Amsterdam Canal. The parking garage reveals almost nothing at street level because it is completely hidden under a canal that exists to blend with the urban landscape. The parking extends over a wide area that can accommodate more than 300 vehicles!
