Albufereta Beach

Albufereta Beach is located to the north of the city of Alicante, and it is a picturesque stretch of soft sand fringed with palm trees, which gives the place a unique Mediterranean character. The beach was previously home to the port that served the Roman village of Lucentum, which is the origin of the city of Alicante. A well-developed coastal area with some high-rise buildings, luxury hotels, and high-end restaurants and cafes.
