Alcazar Genil
The Alcazar Genil is a small Arab palace surrounded by ancient gardens that has stood the test of time. It served as a leisure house for the Nasrid kingdom in the thirteenth century, where large receptions were hosted in addition to providing a place to stay for other royal families while they were in Granada. It is considered a historical landmark Significant as King Muhammad XII handed over the keys of the city to the Catholic Monarchs on January 2, 1492.
