Ancient City of Xanthos

The city of Xanthos was the capital of Lycia dating back to 3000 BC, and it is the largest administrative center for the Lycia region during ancient times. It was included in the World Heritage List in 1988, and it was considered one of the most prominent administrative centers in ancient times, and its archaeological value makes it an important part. Very part of the country's heritage, and the site includes a group of stone inscriptions on which the longest and most important texts written in the Lycian language were written.
