Ancient Kamiros

Built in the 7th century, this ancient city of Rhodes contains the remains of an advanced civilization dating back nearly 3,000 years. The city was built on three levels, on top of the hill was the Acropolis, with the Temple of Athena and Eustace. The main settlement in the middle terrace consisted of a network of parallel streets and apartment blocks.
