Arcades of the Capitol

The Capitol corridors were built between 1851 and 1854, and today it includes a group of paintings by the artist Raymond Moretti representing key moments and figures in the history of the city of Toulouse, dating back to the nineteenth century, and consisting of 29 paintings hanging on the ceiling of the Capitol corridors gallery, It bears pictures of Venus, aeronautics, space, the Crusades, and many other drawings that tell the story of Toulouse and revive its history and the history of its heroes.
