Built in 295 BC by order of Pyrrhus, King of Mulhouse, in honor of his wife Antigonia, Antigonia was one of the largest ancient cities in Albania. Today it is an archaeological park of more than 90 hectares full of paths, ruins, churches and temples, and its visitors can enjoy the quiet countryside and the scent of history among the ancient stones.
