On the upper floor of the elegant City Palace with its picturesque garden (from the 16th to the 19th century) are the works of the British artist and painter Frank Brangwyn (1867-1956). Brangwyn was an artist and painter, as well as a designer of carpets, furniture and ceramics. The ground floor is a place for temporary plastic art exhibitions. When the Englishman John Steinmetz died, he donated about 17,000 prints and drawings that he collected over the years of his life.
