The founder of Ateliers Pro Arts followed the path of revitalizing the factory building which is now no longer in use, a practice already present in many places around the world, thus transforming a 19th century clay pipe factory into a cultural space with seven workshops in its partially covered courtyard and gallery space of 150 square meters on the first floor; It is worth noting that the name of the gallery indicates that the ateliers are the artists’ creative spaces and that the house is dedicated to the promotion of the arts.
