Avenue Habib Bourguiba

Avenue Habib Bourguiba was named after the national leader of the Tunisian independence movement and the first Tunisian president. It is the historical, political and economic heart of the city of Tunis, where it is lined with lush trees, shop windows, cafes and distinctive restaurants that are similar in length to those located on the Champs-Elysées in Paris, along with some Sights such as the French Embassy, the Tunis Municipal Theater and the Cathedral of St. Vincent de Paul, as well as the clock tower that lights up at night and adorns the heart of the capital.
