Description of the place
The Palm Dam is one of the most important tourist attractions in the Arab state of Morocco. It is located in the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region - near the village of Zinat. It was built in 1961 AD with the aim of supplying water to the surrounding areas, especially the agricultural lands in the villages. For this reason, it was designed to accommodate 4.5 million cubic meters of water. , which makes it one of the popular destinations in the country.
